Chip Design Switch Silicon Validation Manager

We are now looking for Chip Design Switch Silicon Validation  team Manager for the Switch Silicon group. As a Chip Design Manager at NVIDIA's Networking business unit, you'll join a group of passionate engineers to design and implement the next generation state of the art Switch Silicon chips. In this position, you'll make a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company while developing the industry's best high-speed communication devices, delivering the highest throughput and lowest latency!What you'll be doing:Building and Managing our new Switch SV team. Turn it into a major factor in our Switch R&D activitiesWork closely with multiple teams within organizations such as Architecture, Micro- Architecture, Designers, FullChip verification and FW.Manage a cross platform activity that will involve FullChip RTL testing, Emulation models testing and Post-Silicon activities in the Bring-Up stage of the silicon.Define several emulation models that will enable your team execute a full qualification plan.Work with the Ethernet and Infiniband Switch projects managment to set the correct tradeoffs between emulation and RTL verification.What we need to see:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).10+ years experience in RTL design and verification5+ years experience as a team leaderBackground in FPGAKnowledge in HDL (Verilog/VHDL).High Level of EnglishA team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.NVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us.
