NVIDIA Networking division is looking for an experienced NPI Engineer.What you'll be doing:Plan and establish the production process of new projects:Perform DFM for products and jigsPerform PFMEA for error-less implementation in a production lineProduction line quality managementDevelop and validate production process for each project typeReal time-problem-solving of unknown engineering issues in the production lineEfficient and effective engineering changes managementPlan and create robust process flow to allow transfer products to MPProjects management from the design stage till mass production readiness:Integration and matrix management of product’s supporting engineering teams Establish new production lines at CM’s sites CM management in engineering, quality and process aspectsDrive CMs to excellent engineering readiness and managementWhat we need to see:B.Sc. in Mechanical, Industrial engineering or equivalent experienceExperience in: Leading projects at the electro-mechanical field, CMs/vendors management, and Project management, production management or quality leader at CM’s siteExcellent communication skillsWell organized and have a good eye for detailsExcellent level of English (reading and writing)Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/ process related coursesBusiness travels abroad occasionally may be requiredMinimum 2 years' experience with:Production processes such as SMT, wave soldering, press fit, electro-mechanical integration, wire bonding, passive and active alignment.Production technology and industrial capabilitiesNVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
