As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to do their best work and make a lasting impact on the world!We are looking for a Healthcare and Life Science (HCLS) Sales Account Manager based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.What you’ll be doing:Building strategic relationship with all Hospital Organizations, including University Hospitals, Pharma-, Bio-Tech-, Chemistry- Companies, Life Science Organisations and also related startups, ISVs and specialized Consultancies & System Integrators Building strategic relationship with all Research Organizations, including government, private and charity funding OrganizationsUnderstanding of the mechanisms and peculiarities of the national/DACH healthcare market and provider infrastructure/systemExperience with the national/DACH public and private funding organizations for healthcare and AI research is highly desirable under “what we need to see”.Understand the impact of AI in HCLS relevant topics such as digital radiology, digital pathology, in silicon drug discovery and the likes.Segment and size markets while prioritizing them for adoption rate and impact Drive short and long term revenue opportunities Forecast revenue goals according to the above Specifically own strategic accounts to develop the market: proof of concepts, roadmap reviews, technology solution design Enable extended sales team to sell into like customers and achieve revenue growth.Engage startup partners in healthcare to learn the early indicators of market disruptions.Be a contributor to existing market development in medical instruments and Gov’t/Research hospitals, pharma’s etc.Support product development by demonstrating a virtual team of technical resources to establish early customer's success as well as deep understanding of technology used and neededContinuously look for opportunities to showcase customer success by working with marketing to package up success stories, participate in launches and events.Develop trust-based relationships with key partner personnel, including senior executive managementWhat we need to see:The ability to open doors quickly and assess the customers' desire for building a strategic relationship with NVIDIA Person from the healthcare sector is beneficial – an appropriate broad network into this specific ecosystem is vital.An understanding of how the healthcare market in AI is developing and where NVIDIA should invest effort .Real passion for ecosystem development6+ years of experienceExcellent interpersonal skills are a crucial requirement.
