The position has the responsibility of ensuring delivery of time-sensitive tasks to internal and external stakeholders. This position will require a good communication skill, basic Excel knowledge and ability to multitask.Assist in manage, review and respond to claims, disputes, chargebacks and retrieval requests within the strict deadlines stipulated by the card issuers and payment processorsWork closely with Razer’s partners for finance related communications and invoicing needsCancel orders or stop shipments of identified fraudulent accountsInvestigate and provide swift resolution for payment and fraud-related inquiriesCompile service reports for internal stakeholders when requiredWork with Customer Advocacy on processing refunds and returning shipments, as neededAssist in internal or external Payment and Fraud related UAT testing and validationPre-Requisites :Bachelor degree and/or experience in sales, analytics, marketing or related fields preferredSolid understanding of basic sales methods/techniqueExcellent organizational skills and time management abilitiesAbility to make decisions and work with little supervisionProficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Good oral and written skillsResults-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and teamCollaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedbackAre you game?
