You will host Customer Journey mapping exercises or Customer Experience workshops, to understand client’s operation and expectation, while demonstrating the value of Genesys in delivering exceptional experiences to their end customersYou will work with all levels of customer organizations tailoring the messaging to meet the needs of various business and technical stakeholders and decision-makers, including C-level decision-makers.
