Customs Project ManagerDescription -Join a global team of supply chain professionals whose mission is to provide HP with best practices in Logistics and Customs.The Deliver Center of Excellence works with SAP HANA systems (S4 & GTS) to optimize logistics and customs processes to fulfill customer demand.As a project manager and subject matter expert in Customs, you will drive systems and process improvements to create a future ready platform for the Customs discipline in Supply Chain.This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse set of experts around the world and develop/showcase leadership skills for your career growth.Responsibilities: Lead a cross-functional team to migrate HP’s SAP GTS 10.1 to SAP GTS E4H. Execute AGILE project management methodologies and best practices to achieve deliverables.Navigate a complex HP working environment (trading structures, logistics and customs process, systemic end-to-end flows, enterprise structure).Use written and verbal communication skills and ability to listen to ask important questions and create out-of-the-box thinking based proposals.Assess risk, manage roadblocks, inform and activate sponsors when needed to align expectations and ensure project success.Manage project documentation and make it available via agreed means and tools all team members.Develop subject matter expertise in Customs processes and systems.To participate in Customs design work for various supply chain projects.May include regional systems such as Intrastat (EU).Education and Experience Required: Proven experience in Project Management, applying AGILE methodologies.Proven experience of SAP GTS and S/4HANA implementation and upgrade.First level university degree or equivalent experience. Advanced university degree preferred.6-10 years of experience in a supply chain function.Expertise in Customs/Global Trade preferred.Intrastat reporting experience preferred.Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in SAP ERP and/or GTS.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English.Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.Growth mindset and desire to learn.Working knowledge of Intrastat strongly desired.We love our work environment.
