We are seeking an experienced Product Director to join our team at Clarivate IP Services. The ideal candidate will have a background in both service and software-based products and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. The Product Director will lead a team of subject matter experts, establish best practice and embed product methodologies. They will also develop strong relationships with sales, customer success, and operational departments, and drive KPIs across our services business.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments10+ years’ Product Management experience in a leadership position.A track record of successfully launching and managing service and software-based products.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead subject matter experts in IP services and software.Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong ties with sales, customer success, and operational departments.In-depth knowledge of product development methodologies and tools relevant to intellectual property services and software.Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and customer insights in the IP domain.Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.What will you be doing in this role?Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning with Clarivate IP Services' vision and objectives for the Patent Annuities businessTeam Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers and SMEs helping to develop roadmaps and effective product development.Market Analysis: Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs in both services and software.
