We need people with a strong EE background, semiconductor product characterization and bench test setup/ATE testing skill. Demonstrated and proven analytical/ critical thinking, problem solving and solution provider. Familiarized with statistical tools for volume data analysis, knowledge in semiconductor physical failure analysis.
