Customer Service – RMA Order Management

Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value.Our team is growing and we are looking for a talented individual to join our RMA Team.In this role you will process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from Calix Customers using Oracle ERP and Salesforce.com.  You will also Interface with customers, Account Managers, and Operations teams to expedite orders and resolve RMA issues.  A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail.Responsibilities and Duties:Order entry for RMA orders, including order validation for order accuracyRespond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams for resolutionAnswer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teamsInform customer about the ordering processControl and monitor inventory levels, including making system adjustments based on physical informationQualifications:Experience with ERP systems, preferably OracleExperience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.comTransactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processingExcellent analysis and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projectsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to meet deadlines, follow through on details, and provide input and feedback to the teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and ExcelPossess a professional and cooperative attitude#LI-RemoteCompensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
