Whilst not essential, ACA / ACCA / CIMA is desirable• Previous experience closing a month end, working in a pressurised environment and to tight deadlines• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables / V Look ups etc.• Staff supervision experience is desirableBehavioursThe following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success• Excellent communication skills• Strong time management and prioritisation• Great attention to detail• Initiative and self-motivationWhat the role includes• Reviewing month end actuals, updating monthly forecasts, and producing month end reporting packs for certain divisions, along with supporting analysis and commentary. Assisting with preparation of consolidated reporting packs• Reviewing accruals and deferral reports and preparing reclass journals, as well as reviewing open project statuses and approving project close packs• Preparation of monthly business packs for certain divisions• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to comply with established SOX procedures handed down by Live Nation Corporate. This will also include provision of supporting documentation / analytical reviews / walkthroughs for external and internal audits• Providing cover for preparation of the weekly extrapolations of show performance which serves as an early risk warning for underperforming shows• Assisting in preparation of monthly schedules to review commissions due to Promoters and Executive Management to ensure the provision within the accounts is adequate, and prepare periodical Promoter statements for all individuals, including end of year statements• Developing and collaborating on new budget templates, assisting with system change and migration, and other adhoc reporting as required• Future line management of Finance AnalystEqual OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
