At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!  THE ROLE​The Temporary Accounting Manager for Live Nation will work on the Roc Nation business, (a segment of Live Nation), and will be responsible for the financial accounting of several subsidiary companies (Event/Video Production, Venture Capital, and Artist Management). This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision. This temp assignment will be approx 6 months.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DOPrepare and record of journal entriesAnalyze and reconciling Balance Sheet and Income Statement accountsPrepare of monthly support schedules and month -end close Ensure the accuracy of financial statements of subsidiary companies.Bank account and credit card reconciliationsCommunicate and work with Roc Nation and subsidiary teams cross divisionally Support audit processes, preparing internal and external audit schedules as needed and liaising with auditors.Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures/policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirementsSpecial projects and additional responsibilities as neededWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Bachelor's degree in Fiinance or Accounting requiredAt least 5-7 years of accounting exprience Full cycle accounting expeience strongly preferredIntermediate Excel proficiencyPublic accounting experience is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detailAbility to work independently with little supervisionExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsOracle experience a plusStrong excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentLive Nation’s policy regarding vaccinations and masking will evolve based upon updated regulations and factors related to COVID-19.
