This role will support our Workday Global Campaign program operationally to ensure they are set up for success and able to meet their unique pipeline goals across NA, EMEA, and APJ. We are looking for a collaborative self-starter, looking to jump in and take on a variety of programs across our tech stack and partner with internal teams across campaigns, paid media, marketing automation, and more to support bringing our campaign programs and content to market.The ideal candidate is passionate in campaign operations and has previous knowledge in paid media programs that drive lead generation. Specific Responsibilities include:Work across and build programs within key marketing technologies including Integrate, Marketo, and Salesforce to ensure paid media programs are running successfully and meeting our lead goals.Partner with global and regional campaign teams to input data and requirements to support selecting and activating content for global media programs, across the 17 regional markets our team supports. Build custom Salesforce campaigns and reports to guide and advise campaign performance.Work with Global Campaign teams and Media Center of Excellence to coordinate paid marketing programs.QA campaign setup and data flow from Integrate to Salesforce to ensure the content is activated for the right media programs, and that lead and responses are routing and scoring properly across our tech stack.Develop and monitor project plans and schedules.Monitor campaigns and their effectiveness, with a strong attention to detail and analytical focus required.About YouBasic Qualifications:2-5 years experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations or similar.Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Integrate, Tableau or similar.Other Qualifications:Experience with troubleshooting systems, process, and data issuesImpeccable attention to detail and committed to quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong experience and understanding of excel and google sheets.Proficient understanding of paid media channels, most specifically content syndication and publisher programs.Strong project management skills required with the ability to connect the dots across teams.Creative thinker that has the ability to bring new ideas to the table.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.Bachelor’s degree required.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
