Blue Yonder is looking for a talented, results-driven field marketing manager to join our award-winning, fast-paced, energetic marketing team and drive growth initiatives with the sales and business development teams.  With company roots in the world of AI/ML, the opportunities are infinite and the room for growth exponential. This position will play a key role in growing our footprint in Europe, working closely with our industry strategy, product marketing and field sales team.  The successful candidate will bring passion, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role and will have demonstrated a proven track record of success in driving marketing-sourced pipeline and software/subscription revenue, preferably within the IT industry.  Our candidate has prior experience localizing content, comfortably adapting the messaging to aid in the expansion of brand awareness and impact in a local voice.   The ideal marketer has strong campaign execution experience, a business-oriented approach to reporting on campaign results and partnering with a sales organization.  Scope:  You will be working cross-functionally with the global marketing, sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, product management, alliances, and customer success teams, you will help develop compelling go-to-market plans, messaging/content, marketing strategy, and integrated campaigns that will drive pipeline and revenue with a focus on new business for EMEA.  The role scope is for Europe with a keen focus on the south region and will include manufacturing  industries of automotive, consumer products and industrials. This role will be distributed between the needs of field marketing 60% and campaigning 40%.What you will do:  Translate global strategy and regional sales goals into an effective fully integrated strategic marketing plan, considering all aspects including sub-industry specific approach, local language, identifying the right mix of industry events, Blue Yonder hosted events and campaigning Responsible for event management, end to end, from identifying the right events to execution Closely work with sales, supporting sales goals and driving the strategic direction and execution of campaigning as driving pipe from events Responsible for driving and demand generation programs powered by 6sense to orchestrate buyer intent, supporting in expansion of footprint with existing enterprise customers as well as breaking into new territory and new logos Create campaign briefs in concert with industry and product teams, translating the vision into a creative concept with the support of internal designers or outside agencies Support in localization of global 1:many campaigns and develop and implement industry specific multi-channel 1:few programs to accelerate active sales cycles Identify associations, industry influencers and other third parties that influence in-market opportunities Monitor and manage marketing reporting, dashboards and analysis on event effectiveness, campaign performance, to allow for quick adjustments and pivoting What we are looking for:  5+ years of B2B demand generation, field marketing and digital marketing experience Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus Sufficient knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with an ABM platforms (e.g. 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft) to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns preferred Strong communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets   Confident working closely with leadership to support the overall business goals   Proven experience working effectively with sales teams to win Mother tongue French or Italian, fluent in English, Spanish a plus Prior experience of taking full responsibility for end-to-end event management  Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution Excellent project management skills Good understanding of budget management  Some travel is required   Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
