Retail Strategy and Operations Analyst

We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team!   The Retail Strategy and Operations Analyst will provide strategic analysis to identify and evaluate trends in Retail. The Analyst will be responsible for building models, reviewing reporting, and making recommendations to increase supply and drive overall growth. Responsibilities will range from strategic (driving analyses to identifying Supply opportunities, modeling for Test and Learns) to operational/tactical (reviewing and recapping reporting, identifying opportunities). You will project manage and work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, operations, product, and technology teams to maximize the Retail organization’s contribution to the business. What You Get To Do Every Day Drive Test and Learns and Pilots, and support Projects and Rollouts  Provide analytical and reporting support to senior Retail leadership. Partner with Retail Operations on projections, models, and other analyses. Manage cross-functional projects with our sales, operations, technology, and HR partners to optimize the client experience and achieve operational efficiencies. Analyze Retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support Retail with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Evaluate business performance, diagnose root causes, and prescribe action informed by data-driven insights. Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives, new stores, and remodels. What You Bring To The Role MInimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree  3+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Planning, and Project Management, in a high growth, fast-paced environment Problem solving, decision-making, and process-improvement skills Effective written, visual, and verbal communication skills Experience analyzing data/tools/reports Proficient in Excel and other data analytics tools  Attention to detail and ability to understand the core operations of supply and demand channels Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, or MIS is preferred Experience working with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Suite PMP or other relevant project management certifications Compensation|Benefits|Perks Employee Stock Purchase Plan (purchase stock at discounted rates) 401K (with company matching up to $1000) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave Unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO) & 9 Paid Holidays Up to 40 hours of paid time off is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis The expected salary range for this role is $87,210.00 - $105,060.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
