Job Requisition ID #23WD73522Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the EMEA Territory & Global LC teams Spend under WWS Spend Portfolio Management team under COO. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager – WWS Spend and partner with Finance Director & Finance Business Partners (FBPs) in WWS Finance.How You Will Spend your Day:Partnership with Finance teams: You will partner with VP, FD & FBPs to support budget owners in analyzing areas for potential spend savings and recommending solutions for effectively managing their spendFinancial analysis: You will provide monthly reporting around spend and assist in providing ad-hoc analyses to help support business decisionsDriving process improvement: You will recommend and lead improvements to deliver high-quality results as well as implement new standards/processes across the WWFO Finance teamResponsibilitiesDrive the quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles for specific business units within the WWS OrganizationUtilize SAP and Anaplan to track, manage, and report all spend (OPEX) forecasts.Work closely with Finance Business Partners and HR to track headcount including to-be-hired activity and provide ad-hoc financial analyses for fixed costsOwn quarter-end activities including preparing and submitting cross-charges and accruals as well as being the primary liaison between Corporate Accounting and the Sales Finance teamLead special projects including building new models/templates, revamping existing processes, and ad-hoc analyses that arise as the business changesSuccessful candidates will have high attention to details, excellent analytical skills, and a self-starter mentality. In addition, strong professionalism and communication skills are crucial in order to proactively partner with key stakeholdersMinimum ResponsibilitiesBA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferredMinimum 5+ years finance/FP&A experienceExpertise in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and managing spendCandidate should be willing to work on EMEA time-zone as the person may be required to catch-up with FBP/Business partner based in EMEA/AMER/APACStrong aptitude and expertise with excel, macros, power bi, data managementExcellent skills in communicating, listening, planning, and organizingProblem-solving and analytical abilitiesExperience with SAP, BPC and Business Objects is a plusThe Ideal candidateYou focus on the customer - You build strong customer relationships and gain insights into their needs.
