The opportunity Adobe Photoshop is growing its Machine Learning team and is looking for a highly motivated and talented Machine Learning Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, deploying, and managing Machine Learning algorithms and models. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and algorithms, as well as experience in data management and optimization. The Machine Learning Engineer will collaborate closely with other teams to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems. The successful candidate will have passion to stay UpToDate with the latest advancements in Machine Learning. He will be comfortable working with large datasets and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of taking initiative to solve difficult problems. What you will do • Deliver high quality, robust Machine Learning features and own them. • Work closely with geographically distributed Engineers, Product Management, User Experience Designers to deliver "Adobe magic"• Innovate and build new capabilities in digital imaging domain • Code reviews your peers work in a thoughtful constructive manner • Be a mentor and role model for other engineers. What you need to succeed Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related fieldDevelopment experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch Experience in developing, deploying, and managing Machine Learning algorithms and modelsExpertise in C++ development3-5 years of overall software development experience Awesome problem-solving skill Experience of working in an Agile environment Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to challenges in digital imaging Able to communicate technical details clearly to all levels of the organisation At ease with ambiguity and able to adapt and change direction/technologies to leverage new learnings.
