We are seeking a highly motivated Projects Manager to lead the execution and management of small and large capital project related activities, including scope development, design, schedule, budget, construction, and project completion. This role will report to the Projects team Senior Manager of Israel Region and will have additional responsibilities coordinating with different internal teams including Facilities Management, Services, IT, Security, EHS, Global RESS functions and other teams. This role is critical to accomplishing facilities operations, services, and planning. You should have a strong background in project management as well demonstrate a broad view to facilities management. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, proactive, and a skilled problem solver who can adapt and work successfully in a cross functional International Corporate environment. You demonstrate a consistent track record in leading and delivering projects with clear technical competence including understanding and delivering Tenant Improvement projects and facilities systems (HVAC/Electrical, Plumbing, Data Centers, labs, and Office environments). What you’ll be doing: Build, track, and update project budgets, provide cash flow updates. Review progress payments, and co-ordinate and implement any change required. Update weekly project tracking tool and provide updates/presentations to management as required. Develop and lead project plans, plan of record (scope, schedule and budget) to ensure alignment with key partners and business needs. Develop project resources to deliver project objectives. Solicit RFQ/RFP from Project Management Consultants, Design Consultants and General contractors as best befits project delivery requirements. Lead and coordinate corporate resources and vendors to accomplish project objectives. Provide day to day project communications and coordination with all key partners including end users/customers, contractors, landlord representatives, IT, Security, maintenance, and the facilities operations team. What we need to see: 5+ years of proven experience in a similar roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExpertise in leading large Tenant Improvement Projects as well as highly technical projects involving MEP systems, Data Centers, HW labs, process piping, and utility upgradesAbility to deliver projects in various delivery methods, plan-spec, design-build, design-bid- build, Turnkey, etc. Expertise in facilities project management, design and construction, including industry practices, forms of contract, risk management and quality assurance A deep understanding of building systems, labs, data center, and office spaces Ability to solve complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions General knowledge of building, fire, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes and OSHA and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of electrical and BMS (building management system) systems is strongly preferred Role is expected to travel to lead and coordinate projects in our Israel portfolio.
