Performance Engineer - CloudGaming

We are looking for a dedicated team member to be part of our Performance Lab team to build and improve the work class lab.What you’ll be doing:Setup hardware, run experiments, and analyze the data to draft reports and charts to visualize the results.Provide testing and debugging support for automated benchmarks run on systems located in our global locations.Identify performance issues, and corroborate with other teams to find possible solutions.Work with teams globally to tune our products for maximum performance and help define the next generation GPUs.Study and evaluate the performance on various professional computing systems including graphics, CPU, memory, storage, networking, etc.Develop, implement and maintain automation tools to improve testing efficiency.Test standard and custom applications on a wide variety of Cloud Gaming systems including virtualized platforms.Provide reports with detailed analysis to help position current GPUs/Systems and define future products.What we need to see:A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a technical or business marketing field.Preferred at least 2 year of experience in a position that included performance analysis of computer systems.Familiar with Linux.Desirable experience with GPU virtualization.Desirable experience on datacenter design and implementation including compute, storage and networking.Must be able to read, write and speak English.Scripting languages experience: Perl, Python or Lua.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Deep understanding / Specialty skills in Cloud architectures/solutions;Gamer or experience working with gaming industry ecosystem partners.Eager and passionate about joining NVIDIA.Familiar with Android applications.SW development experience on video streaming and codec.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
