NVIDIA is looking for a world-class engineer to join our Omniverse Infrastructure organization which develops hardware and software systems to power Omniverse Cloud. NVIDIA Omniverse™ Cloud is a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) that provides developers and enterprises a full-stack cloud environment to craft, develop, deploy, and run industrial Omniverse applications. Omniverse Cloud DevOps focuses on end to end automation of the software and hardware lifecycle. They use modern software engineering solutions and practices, which make Omniverse Cloud feature development faster and safer. What you'll be doing: Improving automated build pipelines and processes for the Omniverse Cloud Platform.Developing DevOps tools and workflows, using Nvidia proprietary and other cutting edge technologies to help build better CI/CD workflows.Crafting efficiency and usability improvements across multiple clouds, platforms and services.Being in the critical path supporting hundreds of developers as well as intimately understanding the values of predictability, automation and reliability.Contributing to a production platform roadmap.What we need to see:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience.8+ years' work experience in software development or DevOps organization.Proficiency in Docker, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, Ansible, and KubernetesProficiency in version control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git)Experience using Helm Charts and TerraformProgramming skills: Python, BashExperience in one or more major cloud providers: Azure, AWS, GCP, OracleExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExperience writing and maintaining complex cloud software systems.Ability to self-manage, lead technically, and communicate effectivelyWays to stand out from the crowd:Programming skills: GolangExperience in migrating legacy on-prem applications to cloud environmentsExperience with Platform as a Service architectures and roadmaps.Experience writing your own Terraform modulesStrong interests towards groundbreaking technologies and ability to take initiatives and drive them across multiple functional teams.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
