eBay, Inc. seeks Seller Risk Sr. Policy Mgr 1 in Draper, UTJob Duties: Manage the building and maintenance of a comprehensive and adaptive Policy and Governance function that drives the creation and ensures the execution of policies responding to multifaceted risk assessments. Ensure adherence to strategic business objectives. Develop the core strategy, framework, and policies for the account risk controls. Build relationships with partners in the regional businesses, product owners, engineering, incident management, and risk operations organizations to set shared goals, influence prioritization, and facilitate the implementation of risk strategies. Monitor the performance of account risk strategies and proactively seek out opportunities for improvement in policy, operations, and outputs. Mentor policy analysts on risk management principles, frameworks, and technical skills required to be a successful policy manager. Manage the impact of our policies on our customers and CS teammates, ensuring both are set up for success while we meet our financial commitments. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a Seller Risk Policy Manager, or a related occupation.
