eBay, Inc. seeks Director, Product Management 1 - Tech in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Lead eBay’s product strategy and execution for one or more marketplace category verticals. Manage and provide daily direction &; guidance to ensure timely and successful implementation of all project deliverables outlined in the project roadmap supporting eBay’s marketplace business growth goals. Conduct design and code reviews and provides technical direction to all levels of designers, developers, and implementers. Partner with business groups, functional teams, and system admin to identify technical project risks and work effectively to mitigate them. Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay’s management team to align plans with partners in the core product and technology teams as well as within the teams across functions: marketing, operations, sales, and strategy.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a product manager, or a related occupation. Special Skill Requirements: 1.    Product management 2.    Product Design3.    Technical architecture4.    Business processes 5.    Functionality from concept to implementation6.    Modeling tools7.    Large scale data sets8.    Wire frames and mockups9.    Feasibility study10.    Automation testing Base salary: $250,000-275,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.  Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
