eBay, Inc. seeks Manager, Strategy Development 2 in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Lead and manage complex workstreams as part of strategy project delivery and become a go-to expert for areas of responsibility. Perform strategic analyses and solve business problems using data-drive approach. Assess current performance through quantitative modeling and analysis. Work closely with product, technology, and regional business teams to translate business opportunities into leading end-to-end customer experiences. Develop management systems and comprehensive models to make planning and cost analysis more efficient. Drive structured and data-based recommendations for action utilizing quantitative and qualitative data. Prepare and present oral and written corporate analysis and strategy reports, make recommendations to senior management and functional teams across the business.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered, as a Manager, Strategy Development, or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements: 1.    Excel2.    SQL3.    Tableau4.    Alteryx5.    Modeling6.    Back-of-envelope analysis7.    Problem solving and insights8.    Work planning9.    Slide writing10.    StoryboardingBase salary:  $170,186-234,850.  per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.  Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
