Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:You’ll be joining the Policy team in the Platform product group working on sensor configuration that drives much of our product line. We are both a product and internal service team, building features that are customer-facing as well as platforms and frameworks for internal engineering partner teams.What You'll Do:Help lead and work on backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products.Leverage and build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence at a global scale.Brainstorm, define, and build products and frameworks collaboratively with engineers and folks of all functions across multiple teams.Always be learning, raising the technical knowledge of the team, and considering the newest technologies while balancing what’s most pragmatic.Bonus Points: Existing exposure to Go, Scala, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch.Experience with different Agile methodologies.Prior experience in the cybersecurity or intelligence fields.Authored or led successful open source libraries and projects.Any contributions to the open source community (GitHub, Stack Overflow, blog posts, etc.).Bring your experience in distributed technologies and algorithms, your great API and systems design sensibilities, and your passion for writing code that performs at extreme scale.
