Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Position: Talent Acquisition Administrative AssociateKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Our Administrative Associate is an important player in helping to receive and organize all the necessary documentation required from the candidates to our records. Operating as the first point of contact for our company, you’ll be an advocate for our Company.We can’t wait to harness your skills to build rapport with those you come in contact with, and grow relationships within the company, our community partners, future candidates, and more. Responsibilities:Scheduling delivery of documents and Drug Test with the candidates, through email and phone calls.Reception of documents and delivery of job application to candidates.Create a physical file for each of the candidates.Welcome to the new classes that enter and presentation of the assigned trainer.Create WhatsApp groups for each class to coordinate training details.Coordinate with the people team the corresponding documentation so that collaborators can join the ISSS when required.Work together with Team Leader to solve pending documentation with collaborators.Update the payroll with the new employeesRequirements:Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and escalation. Ability to manage competing demands.Critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve effective solutions.Team player who can balance team and individual responsibilities.  What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
