Reporting to an Implementations Delivery Manager and working closely with Implementation Engineers, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation of Core Conversions, Middleware Conversions, Acquisitions, Mergers, and other custom solutions to align with the business requirements of our customers.A Typical Day:Communicate, set, and manage expectations with all project team members and stakeholders regarding project scope, duration, internal/external deliverables and due datesCreate project schedule/plan, monitor work order phase budgets, track and report on progress, manage and archive necessary internal/external project artifactsDrive and encourage project team members to meet task due dates to ensure project remains on track and Forecast Billable Dates are achievedWork in tandem with Implementations Engineer (IE) and Dev resources to complete internal validation and support Client Acceptance Testing and Resolution (ATR)Serve in consultative capacity to provide Q2 and industry best practice guidanceIn partnership with IE, triage Jira & Work Order cases, assign to appropriate resource, assign priorities, post public comments to ensure ATR SLA’s are met, and Client is kept updatedProactively manage risk and follow appropriate escalation processesDrive and influence stakeholders to manage scope and follow change control processesIntermittent weekend work required to support project go live activitiesAll work is performed in a fully remote capacityBring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of project implementations related work experience in the Financial Services industry.Fin-Tech and or Banking experience is strongly preferredBachelor’s Degree in a related field optionalStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skillsThis role requires direct interface with customers to run project meetings, manage questions and respond to issues during a project thus excellent English oral and written communication skills are a necessityMotivated by providing excellent Customer ServiceAbility to guide customers and vendors through project requirements and project executionExperience creating project documentation/plans using Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint required.
