Reporting to an Implementations Delivery Manager and working closely with Implementation Engineers, the Project Manager is responsible for working closely with their team for coordination and delivery of projects directly to our Customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage project timelines and deliverablesEnsure systems of record are kept up to dateWork closely with the client and team to solve issues that ariseParticipate in the team's culture to constantly improve the ways we deliver for our customersDocumentation of processesCoordinate and provide responsive updates to Clients and internal resources in fast paced delivery environment and matrixed global organization.
