Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title: Quality Assurance AnalystDepartment & Team: OTC Shared Services - Quality AssuranceReports to: QA, Controls, and Billing Manager - Global Finance Shared ServicesLocation: Manila, Philippines Summary:The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):Performs validation of sales orders processed by Order Management Team to ensure correctness and completeness of required documentations prior to invoicing.Timely coordination with Order Management Team to address all the identified issues related to SO QA Hold.Performs validation of opportunities processed by Sales Team (AE) to ensure correctness and accuracy of data.Timely coordination with Sales, and Field Finance Team to address all the identified issues/discrepancies related to an opportunity in SFDC.Order management process experts in SFDC and NS.Supports the QA Manager in generating weekly/monthly reports to support SOX controls and KPI of the Team.Provides assistance with Internal Auditor’s requests and requirementsDocument all recurring procedures to ensure that this function could be effectively handed over to a replacement or back up (temporarily or permanently)Build strong and effective working relationships with external / internal customers and WW within Finance TeamIdentify & initiate process improvement in the processFinancial compliance and own Month End Closing process for the region to ensure accurate financial results.
