ACS Business Operations Program ManagerDescription -ACS (Advanced Compute & Solutions) is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to lead ACS Business operations on our high growth, future-oriented businesses, including Data Science, AI and other emerging areas. This role will work with some of the most exciting up-and-coming products in HP.The Business Operations Program Manager will support the teams in building processes and structures to scale the business. Activities include establishing processes and tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, monitoring KPIs and monitoring business to maximize efficiency in all procedures.  To be a successful Business Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the organization. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.  Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.The role offers an opportunity to help build processes for emerging business areas, drive the scaling of exciting technology and play an important role in creating the future of computing. Responsibilities: Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.Staffs, guides and manages cross-functional teams across the entire span of business-planning activities.Leads and supports highly complex, time-sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.Develops recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans.Collaboratively drives the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance.Drives all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions.Develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.Identifies or develops cutting- edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutionsEducation and Experience Required: Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.Knowledge and Skills: Strong Business Operations Program Management experience with proven success delivering enterprise/global solutions services.Experience managing both enterprise hardware and software initiatives.Breadth and depth of strategy and execution skills.Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights.Extensive knowledge of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling.Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.Excellent project management skills, including leading and guiding large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.Strong relationship management skills, including collaborative partnering and consulting.Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.Ability to lead multiple, large, time-sensitive projects or work streams.Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and make clear and compelling business planning recommendations.HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•Dental insurance•Disability insurance•Employee assistance program•Flexible schedule•Flexible spending account•Health insurance•Life insurancePer the California statute, he estimated range of compensation for this job Palo Alto, CA at the time of this posting is $134400 - $207000.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.Job -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -Not SpecifiedEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
