Returns Operations Business AnalystDescription -Applies basic foundation of a reverse supply chain acquired through specialized training, education, or previous experience to support NA returns operations partner performance metrics and dashboards, inventory, and product management. Responsible to work with returns operations business partner managers and finance to support operational business issues within established guidelines. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of partner support and applications within returns operations. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting reverse supply chain processes, such as inventory and product disposition analyses, for returns operations with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgment.Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using HP systems for partner performance tracking.Gathers inventory movement data for EDI and TAT transfer monitoring.Reviews current business processes for business partner managers.Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.Knowledge and Skills: Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver, return).Familiarity of post sales processes, returns and refurbishment.Demonstrated analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.Good interpersonal skills.Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Basic knowledge and understanding of how to develop and manage automated digital dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Basic knowledge of SAP.Basic understanding of project management methodology.Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibilityIntroduction to HP’s overall supply chain strategy.Impact / Scope:Collaborates across countries within a region.Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors.Supports small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses.Complexity:LowJob -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
