Personal System Markets Business Operations AnalystDescription -As part of the PS CO facing team, is accountable to collaborate with PS Market Category Leads and their teams to deliver against PS market attainment, cost and inventory goals and drive the proper order prioritization within a given market; along with adequate linkage to the Customer Operations for PS execution related questions.You will work with business category organizations of targeted markets to help optimize the revenue of our personal systems. You will be the trusted advisor on supply chain topics to the country teams as well as the advocate of markets teams to the broader supply chain organizations.Job contents will be adjusted based on selected candidate profile.Focus on Poly Business.Main Responsabilities:Attainment optimization:Be a reliable partner to deliver FNUB and HOI numbers against defined goals. Execution of the revenue plan : weekly reporting of the targeted market. Be a strong advisor to market category to achieve those goals. Weekly market reviews in placeCoordinate accurate exit projection for MS, FNUB and HOI in transit with relevant stakeholders.Advise market teams on best action to take to optimize the production and shipment of ordersRecommend on optimal mode of transportBest Customer Experience: on time orders shipment and proactive communicationManage Execution for LA marketManage and prioritize customer backlog OrderBacklog monitoring & optimization: focus on backlog release + aged backlogPrepare and follow up on customer dealsCollaboration with Cust Ops team end Logistic when needed.Manage and follow up on silver bullet escalationsContinuous process improvement Education and Experience Required: Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.Your profileExperience in supply chain and/or business management functionsGood business acumenStrong understanding of supply chain processes, and operations and strategyAnalytic and synthetic skillsAdvanced user on excel (analysis and reporting activity)Strong communication and reporting skills;Fluent in English.Risk and exposure assessment, ability to anticipateKnowledge of LA SC processes is a plus.Knowledge of PBI is a plus.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
