If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:As a Business Specialist you’ll be responsible for strategic and tactical engagements with large enterprise customers helping to build and grow value with our enterprise solutions portfolio and enabling outcomes based on customers’ business objectives.This “trusted advisor” will balance both the technology and business objectives across all IMS solutions and products within the Broadcom portfolio. Key activities include maximizing product adoption, improving customer success and maintaining renewal rates.Strong ability to effectively link technology solutions to business needs.Position product features, functions and best practices to influence customer outcomes.Demonstrable experience and success in driving business solutions in large complex heterogeneous accountsMust be able to drive conversations at both executive and practitioner levels.Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Services, Support and Management to ensure synergy and consistency across all solutions, and remove technical barriers in assigned customers.Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure cross-pollination, collaborative learning and 360-degree understanding of assigned accounts.Identify gaps in knowledge with Broadcom or partner technical teams on specific value propositions, competitive differentiation and best practices to help them position our solutions.Technical and/or business knowledge across one or more of the Broadcom Solutions and platforms:#LI-REMOTE DX APMDX OIUIMLayer7 API GatewaySymantec VIPSymantec SiteMinderSymantec DirectorySymantec PAMAbility to understand and influence these solutions to meet large customer (Fortune 1000) use cases.Previous Sales, Systems Engineering or professional services consulting experience with enterprise products preferredAbility to relate to a wide range of personas in customer environmentsAbility to have a strategic vision conversationsTechnical knowledge of various cloud architectures and use cases (e.g., AWS, Azure & GCP)Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem solvingAbility to communicate technical information effectively verbally, in written and graphic formats.Strong presentation and writing skillsAbility to present a professional appearance and demeanorAdditional technical skillsBachelor's + 12+ years of related experience requiredExperience with Identity and Access Management principles and solutionsKnowledge of application integration protocolsFamiliarity with Monitoring and Observability softwareWorking knowledge with various cloud providers and containerization vendorsFamiliarity with various security protocolsKnowledge of different scripting languages Ability to embrace new applications and technology quicklyAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $185,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
