We are looking for a Sr. Quality Process Improvement Specialist to join our Quality & Business Excellence team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on the Quality and Compliance aspects of all of Clarivate’s GxP offerings in the Life Sciences and Academia & Government business lines. The team consists of 6 colleagues and is reporting to the V.P., Quality & Business Excellence. We have a great skill set in GxP Quality, regulatory compliance, computerized systems validation (CSV), ISO and other industry standards/best practices and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in developing and maintaining a GxP procedural landscape and application of continuous improvement to same.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  EducationBachelor’s degree required, preferably in a life sciences-related field. ExperienceMinimum 5 years current experience in a Quality Assurance or Business Excellence role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industriesMinimum 5 years current experience in creating and maintaining SOPsDemonstrated above average written communication skills in the English languageProven ability to work with and direct cross-functional teams to accomplish goalsDeep familiarity with regulations and industry standards in order to support compliance goalsIt would be great if you also had... Six Sigma or other process-improvement related certificationStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and leadership skillsGoal orientedThe ability to interact with department heads regarding corporate complianceAbility to maintain professional and positive attitudeProficient at problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively & efficientlyPossess a high level of ethics and integrityWhat will you be doing in this role? Chairing the SOP Committee, and ensuring that SOPs and other procedural controls are maintained in a compliant mannerIdentifying, writing, revising, and reviewing SOPs, as directed by the V.P., Quality & Business ExcellenceProviding training and guidance to colleagues regarding compliance, interpretation of, and adherence to SOPsDesigning, implementing, and improving company quality standards and policiesAnalyzing data in order to find areas for growthCreating and/or updating reports/metrics to assist in tracking progress to goalsFormulating strategies to increase productivityReviewing processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends and business needsAbout the Team   The Quality & Business Excellence team oversees the entire Quality Management System (QMS) with regard to our directly or indirectly GxP-regulated software offerings.  We work closely with all other functions of the business, including (but not limited to) Technology/Development, IT/infrastructure, Risk Management office, Information Security, Operations, Finance, and Legal.  The team currently consists of 6 deeply experienced Quality Management professionals, across geographies in the U.S., U.K., and India.Hours of Work  Full time; permanent; flexible working hours as long as obligations are metAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
