But Alma, Primo, Leganto, Ex Libris product suite are secondary products, as is ProQuest content (E.g., Ebook Central)) and Books BU. Externally you get to work with various customers. Internally, you will work with Sales, Configuration, and Customer Service. Projects are per customer, with the Technical Project Manager handling 5-10 projects simultaneously. Duration is typically 6-8 weeks per project. The Director of this team oversees Rialto Implementation; Rialto Delivery; and Collection Development Support. The broader team is 16 people. Rialto Implementation (immediate team) is six people, globally distributed. Rialto Implementation is globally distributed, with Ex Libris product suite knowledge in addition to Rialto product and PQ content knowledge.
