Ready to be a Titan?As an Enterprise Implementation Project Engineer, you bring years of experience solutioning for ServiceTitan clients. You will be both a ServiceTitan generalist and certified Subject Matter Expert (SME), be able to learn additional complex features, and speak confidently to our Enterprise customers and colleagues throughout the implementation experience. You understand ServiceTitan and industry best practices, and are eager to document and disseminate your expertise to both our customers and team members alike.What you’ll do:Partner with Enterprise Implementation Project Managers and fellow Project Engineers to ensure that each phase of the customer’s implementation is completed efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring long-term customer success.Own and lead critical customer discovery calls within ServiceTitan product workstreams, build and configure the customer’s ServiceTitan environment, demo and refine their setup based on customer specific workflows and feedback, and create training resources for customer-specific workflows as needed.Provide support and solutioning during a customer’s UAT and parallel testing, go-live, and post go-live hypercare phases.Quickly identify and escalate client implementation risks and collaborate with product, leadership, and/or the Project Manager to develop and communicate potential proactive solutions.Support your team members as a Certified Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one to three product work streams through team collaboration, internal one-on-one consulting sessions, and drive continued learning through peer led team training.Stay up-to-date and enabled on all new and in-development ServiceTitan functionality, and be prepared to speak on how to use it creatively to develop solutions.Leverage advanced technical skills, and utilize SQL and/or similar automated internal tools to audit a customer’s ServiceTitan environment and determine a customer’s overall readiness for Go-Live.Travel for customer on-sites 20-30% of the timeWhat you’ll need:One or more years of client facing experience with ServiceTitanThree or more years of relevant work experienceBe a SME in one or more product areas, with the ability and eagerness to learn additional featuresSuccess in navigating and managing your time and concurrent priorities, being detail oriented, and the ability to document thoroughlyProject management experience a plus, but not requiredSuperb team player always looking to help and enable others in the organizationAbility to answer the overwhelming majority of questions within your product areas of expertise, and utilize team resources to answer additional questions outside your scopeFormulate concise questions, that quickly allow you to gather critical information and provide solutions far more quickly than other implementation team membersAbility to write, utilize, and/or understand SQL scripts a plus, but not requiredBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $85,000 USD - $122,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
