Job Summary:THE JOBClient Managers work in close partnership with clients and between internal stakeholders ensuring ticketing systems and processes are delivered to ensure positive outcomes for both clients and customers.The role is key to maintaining a strong and connected client relationship and plays a critical role in the development and implementation of ticketing strategies to maximise sales.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide industry-leading client services; act as first point of contact for a range of clients. Manage and deliver successful ticketing processes by working closely with the technology team.Actively educate clients with new procedural guidelines or product updates & new features to ensure a complete solution to their service or technical questions; seek opportunities to utilise different client tools with a focus on building ancillary revenue products.Plan and deploy ticketing strategies; including revenue forecasting for all contracted clients, onsale wrap-ups, roadshows and post-event presentations.Program marketing activities for clients by working closely with the Marketing department.Proactively provide accurate and detailed ticketing analysis and partnership for headline clientsABOUT YOU  Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to develop rapport and trust a portfolio of clients.High potential to grow and develop; this position is well-placed for future career opportunityPossess an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments incorporating marketing and technological advances, in both B2B and B2C contextsSolves problems with creativity.
