Job Summary:Company: Live Nation IrelandLocation: Dublin 4Reports to: Head of Marketing Solutions and Growth Working Hours: Full time, PermanentRole DescriptionLive Nation Ireland’s Marketing Partnerships Department is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for live entertainment and marketing to the position of Senior Partnerships Manager, Marketing Solutions and Growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Solutions and Growth, you'll be tasked with taking ownership of specific categories (e.g., Hair and Beauty, Fashion, Travel…) and our goals for partnership within those categories across Live Nation’s portfolio of Venues, Festivals and Concert Series. You will work to develop a rich understanding of these industries and their consumers, generating leads amongst key players and crafting strategically powerful proposals that deliver against specific business and brand objectives. You will also take responsibility for renewal conversations with existing partners.Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing Solutions and Growth and working collaboratively with your teammates, you will lead the new business process for your assigned categories from identification of opportunity though to formal agreement. Once agreement is in place you will then work with a team of account managers and production specialists to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual rights, measuring and tracking performance to ensure KPI’s are met. You will develop your professional network and engage marketers from across the industry whilst working in a fun environment alongside a group of forward-thinking individuals.
