You will empower and drive our customers’ implementations by setting up the project planning, staffing, governance and shaping the development of the key project deliverables like the project charter or the issues log. As the main point of contact for both customer and Workday teams, you will be working hand in hand with the Customer Project Manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success.
