Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 2-5 years of work experience as a Program Manager or Production Manager in graphics, design and/or signage Outstanding verbal and written skills Extensive knowledge of industry trends, with ability analyze what works in the Apple environment and bring new insights and processes to the team An eye for design and ability to communicate well with customers about design matters, print and manufacturing quality, finishes and other details Meticulously organized and possess excellent customer service skills with effective communication, listening and influencing skills required Proactive teammate, collaborator and problem solver, with an eye for details. Self-starter who is dedicated to their craft and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities Expert-level knowledge of printing and sign manufacturing, including different processes, trends, ink types, and trouble-shooting techniques Deep understanding of different substrates and papers, with an ability to evaluate products for performance characteristics and quality assurance Experience with procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation and inventory control Skilled in budget management and operational planning Ability to see the big picture and deal in levels of ambiguity Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where working with a sense of urgency is the norm. You have time management skills and follow-through ability to meet the service level expectations for the department Work well under pressure, maintain composure and exercise good judgement Accept and promote Apple’s values and policies Description Description The Graphics and Signage Program Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for RE&D’s WW signage needs. Duties will include: • Mange and execute on physical deliverables in support of the company’s initiatives and creative intent • Lead development of key physical deliverables, assets and customer touchpoint from inception through collaboration with partners, order placement and installation • Collaborate closely with internal customers and cross-functional partners to provide high-quality products and services to Apple employees to ensure the best outcomes • Ensure job requests are processed in a timely manner and deadlines are met • Implement and help craft RE&D operational procedures and perform quality assurance checks. • Be innovative in your approach, encourage team accountability and set specific, measurable goals as well as build and track department metrics. • Dig into the details to understand issues, processes or products from all angles. • Remain flexible and prepared for changes to the schedule while addressing incoming emails, phone calls and texts in an efficient manner. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $71,600 and $107,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
