This involves partnering with internal and external teams such as Payroll Operations and People Support to ensure all issues are addressed and optimum solutions are put in place in a timely manner. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Excellent customer service skills are essential Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships A high level of independence as demonstrated through strong team and delivery of high quality work Ability to function in a fast-paced high volume environment and prioritise multiple and competing priorities Previous administration experience preferred. Excellent Excel skills preferred Fluent English, spoken and written, is essential Description Description Employee experience is at the forefront of what we do, the Time Away Partner will serve as a key point of contact for time away administration activities globally. The Time Away Partner will review and execute the administration of time away using both Workday (HR System) and Service Now (CRM Tool).
The Time Away Partner needs to be a person of high integrity and sound judgment, who can work independently with the ability to timely address, escalate and articulate all items related to time away Administration.
Own & support the administration for new & existing time away
Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand the time away offered by Apple
Review current processes and identify areas for efficiencies and improvements
Develop excellent working relationships with our many, varied internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in navigating the Apple systems to expedite employee queries within the agreed SLA
Reporting on and reconciliation of Time Away data, as appropriate.
Keep up to date on all changes to the Time Away environment. Clear articulation of the impact these changes have on the ways in which we work is vital
