The PPO Sensing Group is looking for a senior process engineer to develop exciting, new products! You'll be responsible for providing module assembly solutions and work with an internal cross-functional team and the external equipment, suppliers to develop and deploy new modules to mass production. We are looking for individuals who are creative in solving complex problems with experience in high-volume manufacturing. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications - Professional experience working with high-precision assembly, semiconductor or MEMS packaging, or optoelectronic packaging. - Experience with JDM model with contractors to develop equipment, materials, and process to manufacture small, and precision electromechanical/optical systems. - Experience working with multi-functional teams - Product Design, Product Engineering, Program Management, and Operations - Ability to work with international teams at different time zones. - Ability to travel 15% to international and domestic locations. Description Description - Work as the key module process engineer supporting sophisticated, high-volume modules for iPhones, Watches, etc. - Provide leadership in the areas of module construction, materials, equipment, processes. - Work with factory partners to develop MP intent equipment, process, and materials. - Provide communication and program phase reviews to senior management. - International travel to factory partner sites will be required. Education & Experience Education & Experience Minimum of B.S. in ME, Physics, Materials Science, or similar disciplines plus 5 years of proven experience M.S or Ph.D. plus professional experience is preferred. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
