Summary Posted: Oct 31, 2023 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200512425 The RE&D Facilities Audio Visual Project Manager supports Apple facilities with day-to-day ticket submittals through facilities Tririga ticketing system. Tickets submitted by Apple end users specific to audio visual request will be reviewed, managed and completed by the project manager by coordinating work with Apple approved AV vendors. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Working knowledge of audio visual technologies and basic networking understanding. Experienced in using a variety of online tools within the Apple environment (Quip, Slack, Wrike, Webex, etc.) to keep RE&D and facilities aware of on going tickets. Experience in managing AV installations in a variety of rooms types (conference rooms, offices, labs, cafes, etc). Knowledge of AV components including cameras, codecs, switchers, projectors, control systems, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers and speakers. Experience in the deployment of integrated videoconferencing systems (Cisco) in corporate environments. Ideal candidate is working toward a CTS or CTS-I certification(s). Minimum 4 plus years experience. Comfortable working in a completely Mac environment. Description Description Coordinate site access for scope walks and installs with Apple end users. Work with Apple approved audio visual vendors for quotes and POs. Work with Apple facilities to approve or deny tickets submitted based on a set of criteria from Apple RE&D. Work with facilities and Apple end users on expectations of cost and deliverables for each ticket submitted. Maintain accurate record keeping which includes correspondence, quotes and completion through facilities Tririga ticketing system. Ensure that AV vendor has completed deliverables as specified in the original ticket submittal. Take ownership of AV issues, engages appropriate technology, operations, and vendor resources, and drives towards resolution. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $158,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
