In support of Apple’s global Enterprise and Business Strategy, we are looking for a Strategic Initiatives & Programs Manager who will work cross-functionally and globally to drive critical business imperatives. Forming a key part of the Worldwide Enterprise team, these initiatives will have a significant impact on how Apple’s customers, partners, and teams adopt Apple’s products, embrace a dynamic enterprise strategy, collaborate with partners, and expand the ecosystem to transform how people work. The Strategic Initiatives & Programs Manager - WW Enterprise Sales will be a resourceful self-starter and natural diplomat who contributes to our sales strategy from formulation, to implementation, to evaluation. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Minimum 8 years’ experience working with global teams to deliver complex initiatives across sales strategy and sales operations Proven experience in sales finance, corporate strategy, management consulting or similar analytical/business intelligence field. Proficient with Keynote and with Apple and industry leading productivity tools. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to conduct complex data-driven analysis Expert Tableau proficiency Demonstrated energy, drive, passion, and enthusiasm to do and be the very best and to approach things expeditiously Passion for technology and innovation; willing to challenge the status quo High level understanding of Apple’s hardware and software solutions Ability to influence leaders across Apple business groups and partner organizations; comfortable engaging with executive-level customers, key Apple executives, and other decision makers, with credibility Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills. Able to develop clear and concise documentation including project briefs and reports. Experience with Apple’s business sales channel and business customers. A passion for surpassing expectations and for delivering a surprising and delightful result to all partners will be key in this role, as will the ability to build a strong, trusted network within the Sales organization and cross-functionally. You possess a high degree of organizational maturity, a talent for working collectively in a matrix-responsibility environment, and excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that support the WW Enterprise business.
- Program manage key imperatives of our sales strategy from ideation to execution.
- Analyze business performance and deliver insights to leadership.
- Influence WW Enterprise strategy stakeholders (at all levels) across multiple geographies and organizations.
- Serve as WW Enterprise business SME(s) for internal technology support teams.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, collaboration and communications skills; the ability to manage multiple-priorities effectively, and the agility to balance interactions with executive management from Sales and Finance regularly.
