The role will drive engagement with our partners to demonstrate results, gain consensus, and incentivize collaboration. You'll lead the development and execution of marketing partnerships and programs to further amplify our strategy and initiatives. We require an expert leader with a proven record of building successful marketing partnerships. We're looking for a creative problem solver who can strategize, implement, and inspire a constantly evolving environment. An individual that understands what it means to be a custodian of the Apple brand and have an outstanding history of marketing products and services with partners. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Marketing or strategy background with direct experience across entertainment brands in TV or film, at least 15 years Established relationships with brands / marketing promotional partners across multiple categories Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of a highly matrixed organization Consistent track record for efficiently navigating complex systems, identifying key incentives and constraints, and establishing frameworks and principles to guide tradeoff decisions Comfortable with analytics and business metrics including familiarity with subscription business models, go-to-market strategies, and growth drivers Creatively build strategy in the face of challenges around tracking and analytics that will prevent easy answers Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly with respect to story telling, active listening, and command of details Passion for entertainment and pop-culture, and desire to build transformational value with positivity and energy Team leadership experience along with strong influencing capabilities Description Description * Lead development and implementation of promotional partnership strategy for Apple TV+; identify partners that align with title strategy and lead partnership development process from outreach to execution through measurement reports.
* Segment types of activations and map out the journey and intended results; tie these segments to specific business results, whether acquisition, retention, or awareness that leads to action.
* Build out testing and analysis methodologies with our Analytics teams across Services, Retail, Product, etc to measure results. Gather and analyze post promotion metrics to measure success and identify key takeaways to share out with internal teams.
* Manage communication with internal teams (Leadership, Strategy, Creative, Legal, etc.) throughout partnership process to ensure alignment on partnership concept, creative and execution.
* Role models inclusive leadership behaviors and builds, develops and retains diverse teams. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,500 and $311,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
