Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 2+ years of experience in senior engineering or technical leadership role Validated capability to lead development team shipping customer facing sensor based features Experience leading projects, mentoring peers and collaborating with technical business partners Strong C/C++/Objective-C programming and design skills Proven software architecture experience Experience with developing SDKs, frameworks and APIs Proven record of driving technical innovation Detail oriented with strong analytical skills to help lead sophisticated investigations and debug issues Description Description This position requires a strong self-motivated leader with great technical and interpersonal skills to handle responsibilities including:
Lead and manage the engineering team that will maintain and design new software stacks for future health products and sensing technologies.
Drive end to end system engineering and architecture across multi-functional programs
Collaborate with firmware, algorithms and UX teams to productize innovative product ideas for Apple Watch customers
Crafting OS platforms that enable development of next generation sensing features.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,700 and $284,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
