Our Carrier SE team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest carrier partners and their key B2B (Business to Business) customers. Our carrier B2B sellers and their business customers need to know that with their choice in selecting Apple products and services, everything’s going to work as promised. We are the ones who make believers out of them. We tackle technical and business problems to ensure success for both Apple, the carrier, and the carrier’s customers. We provide both technical sales consulting and support with a goal of transforming the way people work. The Carrier SE position is responsible for supporting our Carrier partners B2B channel, customers, and HQ The best candidates will have strong technical backgrounds (15+ years) and able to educate and explain complex problems in simplified terms, tailored to their audience, at all levels of the business. You have experience with evaluating complex IT enterprise environments (Deployment, Security, SSO, Zero Trust) as well as Mobile Technology including Carrier Network infrastructure, 5G, Network Slicing and how to integrate Apple products and services into those environments. You ensure that our customers understand Apple’s position on Security and Privacy and realize the benefits of security that is built in, not bolted on. Candidate must be able to work well in collaborative environments to build, deliver, and communicate technical solutions that differentiate Apple Products and services for our customers and partners. 50% Travel Description Description We build and lead phenomenal Carrier B2B Systems Engineering teams who are trusted advisors on the Apple ecosystem, business transformation and Apple platform adoption. The team deeply understand our US carrier customers’ businesses and technical ambitions. We help remove technical barriers and friction points, and improve customer readiness for our platform. We assemble the right people — empower and enable them with tools and support their technical, expertise development. We mobilize resources for growth and delivery. We are engaged with our Carrier B2B Account teams to provide technical mentorship and enablement to thousands of Carrier B2B sellers in the US along with their Carrier B2B customers. We follow through to ensure all commitments are met and problems addressed. We ensure the SE team deeply understands their carrier’s business (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and technical ambitions, and is seen as a trusted advisor to increase sales revenue and ensure customer happiness. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements You have experience advising on technical business transformation solutions for large enterprises or proven experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering role. Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
