You will work in a range of capacities from supporting strategic planning, through portfolio management and governance, and down to driving individual projects and platform development. In addition, you will play a key role in the delivery of key programs which cut across the normal structure of the project delivery organization and are very high profile in nature. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that they can set standards, propose policy and coach others. A deep understanding of the end to end business processes of a manufacturing business, from sales through the supply chain. The ability to bring structure to one’s own work and the work of others. Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and presentation. Solid ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity. Description Description WW PMO serves as the nerve center for global Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to deliver value across the the Global Supply Chain, as one team. BPR Teams manage projects and drive transformational change across Apple Operations. WW PMO has a number of key responsibilities: - Setting standards and creating tools to make BPR more efficient. - Driving strategic alignment through multi-year roadmaps and annual capital planning. - Owning execution at the portfolio level - reporting, cross-org impact assessments, and org development. - Running the management system which the BPR teams utilize to stay aligned and communicate internally. - Acting as a program management function for key cross functional initiatives, such as People Development, Business Case Development, Resource Allocation, and Benefit Articulation. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field required. MBA or Masters degree preferred. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Prior consulting experience with Big 4 Consulting Firms is desirable, but not required. Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $168,500 and $253,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
