It’s your job as a Store Operations Field Leader to support the delivery of Apple Retail’s key priorities and initiatives. In this role you will build effective partnerships with Market Directors/Market Leaders and focus on driving the business priorities through your insights, guidance, and subject matter expertise. You are part of our global Store Operations team and work closely with Program Managers to ensure the effective deployment of programs and initiatives, as well as provide feedback to partners for future improvements. Description Description As a Store Operations Field Leader you build positive partnerships with Market Directors and Market Leaders to drive retail store priorities. You have a well defined cadence of field communication across a variety of channels that provides you with expertise and a strong pulse on the operations of our stores. Through this connection you are able to analyze results against retail priorities, uncover opportunities and proactively take action to address them with partners. As part of the role you will help build excitement about our new programs and initiatives, ensure they are executed as intended and then share successful practices to improve the customer and team experience. You will be an active member of the global Store Operations team, helping us to achieve results through collaboration and diverse viewpoints. You will also contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities. Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements You have demonstrated leadership ability with proven experiences You have a passion for learning about Apple technology and products. You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule and have an ability to travel as part of the role. Fluency in Japanese is preferred but not a must. This role is based in Japan.
