Job Requisition ID #23WD72124Autodesk TLV is looking for a DevOps engineer who can lead the DevOps department on the TLV site. The DevOps department on the site is small and contains 2 DevOps engineers. The role includes supporting our dev teams (10 teams overall) on day-to-day infrastructure needs, new backlog requirements, and ongoing procedures around security, build, and deployment.This also includes developing tools to provide self-service support to the dev teams and interact with global teams who provide infra services (mainly located in the USA).The DevOps team provides production support in case of incidents or hot fixes as needed (on-call rotation is NOT necessary).The role includes various interfaces and interactions with different stakeholders. We expect the candidate to have project management skills and the ability to be involved in project management decisions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with dev teams on infrastructure needs - including new development or maintenanceMonitor/manage production infraDevelop scripts to automate manual proceduresBuild tools to enable self-service experience Implement security and audit procedures Support production incident in case neededFirst-line escalation for build and deployment issuesManage the DevOps team's backlog and priorities cross-siteCollaborate with Eng. managers on project planning and timelinesCollaborate and sync with the global ADSK infrastructure platform on FRs, tickets/issues, and different implementation requirementsRequired skills and qualifications5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering roleProficiency with Git and GitHub workflowsProblem-solving and can-do attitudeCollaborative team spiritResponsible and cooperative Good written and verbal communication skills - both in Hebrew and EnglishExperience with public cloud provider (AWS / GCP / Azure)Experience in building Apps Infra on Public Cloud (e.g. Using services such as AWS Step functions, Aurora, RDS, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch, and Lambda or equivalent)Self-managed and independentPreferred qualificationsBachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field (advantage)Experience with IAC - Infra As Code - Terraform or equivalentKnowledge of scalable and highly available systems that follow operational best practicesExperience working within distributed, cross geography org, and virtual teamsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
