Autodesk's Ecommerce Engineering team is looking for an experienced Senior Full stack engineer. You will report into the Manager of Software Development. If you are passionate about building and delivering solutions into our common platform, come join us. As part of the Ecommerce Engineering team, you will implement new features that engage and influence Autodesk customers worldwide. Our team faces a variety of unique and interesting challenges, from creating new tools and components, implementing important services, creating new and engaging end-user experiences, to digging into low-level performance details and streamlining processes. We are looking for someone like you to build and guide teams, while inspiring them to remain working with the us and the latest technology. If you have experience working on teams developing modern cloud-based services, then we would like to talk with youThis position is classified as a hybrid role, and can be located in any of these four areas of San Francisco, Portland, Toronto, Montreal, Toronto or AtlantaResponsibilitiesDevelop new FeaturesDocument architectural decisions and code design specificationsFocus on writing unit/integration tests and refactoringBreak apart complex projects into manageable chunksWork with our architects, technical leads, product owners, and others to drive us towards a common visionProvide insightful leadership to achieve a high software engineering standard, including efficiency, quality, security, resiliency, and other best practicesDesign and develop solutions, frameworks, automation and orchestration for a broad range of applicationsManage the planning, execution, and success of our complex technical projectsCollaborate with a geographically dispersed team and stakeholdersDemonstrate that you are a passionate and an advocate of architecture, design and software engineering principlesResponsible for monitoring and logging toolsWrite unit tests, integration tests to maintain the quality of the deliverableMinimum QualificationsB.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience5+ years of professional software Web UI (mono-repo & micro-frontend technologies) development experienceExperience building customizable, reusable, and dynamic frontend components using ReactJS, React Hooks, JavaScript, ES6Strong skills in React-router, Redux, ES6, Jest, Babel, npm, webpack, storybookHas experience as solution lead for new featuresStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.Able to demonstrate experience with CI/ CD tools such as JenkinsExperience with Agile software development practicesExperience working with AWS technologies.#LI-RM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $90,700 and $156,530. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
