Partnering with sales leaders to assess existing and emerging opportunities in developing your go-to-market plans. Working together with the regional marketing team to develop annual and quarterly plans that deliver partner, segment and lifecycle results required to achieve targets. The Field Marketing Manager is accountable for delivering all aspects of the marketing plans across Digital Marketing products in coordination with regional digital and production teams.What you’ll doEstablish annual marketing plans that achieve sales pipeline targets for Enterprise Accounts based on Adobe’s business and worldwide objectives. Provide counsel and insights to the APAC regional marketing team on the design of marketing initiatives relevant for your vertical markets. Developing a keen understanding of customers, industry-specific needs, business environments and Adobe products/strategies will be the keys to your success. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, industry analysts and partners will also be important.Key Focus Areas: PlanningEstablish tactical quarterly plans (and optimize in quarter) that deliver account level and sector level sales pipeline targets that achieve customer segment, lifecycle and solution targets. Plans will encompass account based marketing and digital activation across direct relationships and our partner eco-system. Implementing creative marketing approaches to improve return on marketing spend will be critical to success.Brand leadershipYou will position Adobe as a thought leader in helping businesses become experience businesses in your vertical markets. Work with the regional campaign, experience and executive engagement teams and with the local communications team to position Adobe as leading the future of marketing and customer experience. Bring the One Adobe story to market across all marketing touch points and be a change leader across ANZ to drive a unified cross-cloud approach in the country marketing strategies.Operational ExcellenceImplement and ensure strong adoption of a business management systems that allows you to manage a predictable, cohesive and successful marketing programs. This will include regular meetings, consistent reporting, strong controls / budget management and execution rigor.Drive InnovationIntroduce new marketing approaches, processes and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in meaningful ways and thereby achieve results. You will actively incorporate changes into your planning and work with the regional team to both request and adopt change.What you need to succeedExperience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to a specific industry or vertical and working in close alignment with the ecosystem.Proven success in developing customer-focused, marketing strategies including deployment, measurement, evaluation of return and optimization using innovative approaches.Outstanding leadership, interpersonal communication and experience working across matrix organizations (working effectively with regional marketing, sales, and marketing operations will be keys to success).7+ years’ experience in Enterprise Marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred).Account based marketing experienceAbility to be flexible to thrive in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environmentAdobe For AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
